fill the pump housing completely with water. After finishing the filling nozzle again connect leakage-
free;
• Open the picking point closest to Conel Stream a little;
• Plug the power plug (protective contact plug) into the socket provided for this purpose;
¾ The pump switches on and it begins to pump drinking water from the feed-in tank into the instal-
lation;
- Depending on the need, drinking water is fed;
¾ Allow the trapped air located in the piping system to escape by keeping the nearest sampling
point slightly open until a continuous water jet flows out of the sampling point (may take a few
minutes).
• Now close the picking point;
¾ The pump continues to run until the pump switching machine finally shuts down the pump with an
integrated follow-up time.
¾ As soon as the pump switching machine detects the switch-on point, the pump is switched on to suck
water from the tank;
¾ Often there is still air in the suction line, which is sucked in by the pump.
- This can cause the pump switcher to detect a fault and the corresponding LED light up.
- Press the RESET button - the LED will be released and the pump will start operation again.
¾ If there is a large amount of air in the suction line – it may happen that the pump switcher again dis-
plays this fault message – fill the pump housing again over the filling nozzle and repeat the procedure
described above;
¾ Allow possible air inclusions to escape from the suction line until a continuous jet of water flows out
of the sampling point (may take a few minutes);
• Close the picking point again;
¾ The pump continues to run until the pump switching machine finally shuts down the pump with an
integrated follow-up time.
• To vent the entire piping system, slowly open each extraction point in the system and allow the air
pockets to escape until a continuous jet of water flows out of the sampling point;
• Now the Conel Stream is in automatic operation and automatically controls the demand-oriented
supply of drinking water from the collection points.
At each water collection point involved, add the „No drinking water"

Possible causes of errors during initial commissioning

Cause
Feed valve in the feed

Large air pockets in

If you notice malfunctions, disconnect the Conel Stream from the electrical power supply and secure it
again against unauthorized and unintentional ones and observe the notes in the troubleshooting chapter
(see chapter 10 Troubleshooting for details).
Effect
Template container does not fill.
Pump is not supplied with ope-
rating water.
Pump switching machine goes
into fault (dry run protection
activated) FAILURE LED lights
up.
Pump switching machine is not
working correctly.
Remedy
Check the drinking water supply.
Check the float valve in the template tank
for correct functioning.
Vent the entire system according to the
specification point 9.3.
Put the pump back into operation after
venting.
