Adjusting the packing efficiency
Adjust the spacing between the packing wheels (B) as
required.

Proceed as outlined below.
1) Remove the pins (A) from both packing wheels.
2) Open out the packing wheels (B) as required and
then lock them in position with the pins (A).
Adjusting the Plant Control
The plant control device stops the seedlings falling
downwards before they are ejected.

1) Loosen the nut (A).
2) Adjust the device (B) as required.

The farther apart the wheels are, the less efficient the
packing is.

3) Adjust the scrapers (C) accordingly (see "Adjusting
the packing wheel scraper").
Move the device down for smaller seedlings and up for
taller seedlings.
