13. Function expansion

The "OUTPUT" socket (1) can be found under the front
cover. It serves to supply voltage/power to optional acces-
sories (e.g. a fish finder). The output voltage is 12 V/DC,
the maximum output current is 1 A.
A matching connection cable is included. The black wire of
the two open cable ends is minus/-.
You can open the top of the model boat (where the handle
is located) to connect accessories.
Use the included hexagon key to unscrew all 6 socket head screws and then
remove the cover.
An opening to which the accessories can be connected can be found at the
rear end of the model boat. Two rubber stoppers in the cover that has just
been removed serve to guide cables through it to the outside or to mount an
additional antenna.
Important!
The operation of accessories reduces the running time of the model boat depending on the accessory's
power consumption. The weight of the accessories also affects the draught of the model boat and thus also
its travel speed.
In any case, make sure water does not penetrate the model boat after installation of accessories. Close the
cover carefully, only guide the cables through the rubber stoppers and make sure they are correctly seated
in the cover.
