Montage immer auf Gegenbandseite!
1. Vor der Oberflächenbehandlung
und vor der Bandmontage
Bohrlehre 499.131 an den Vertikal-
stäben festklemmen und je
2 Löcher ø 3,5 mm bohren (siehe
Fig.1).
Wichtig:
Löcher vor der Bandmontage bohren
2. Nach der Oberflächenbehandlung
–
Senkdichtung auf Flügelfalzbreite
(FFB) zuschneiden (bei zweiflügeli-
gen Türen Gummi-Dichtungsprofil
im Stulpbereich ca. 4 bis 5 mm
überstehen lassen).
–
Senkdichtung mit den Befesti-
gungswinkeln anschrauben
(Auslöseknopf bandseitig)
3. Senkdichtung einstellen
–
Auslöseknopf herausziehen und
verdrehen
–
Stellung des Auslöseknopfes wie
in Fig. 2 dargestellt.
–
Bei geschlossenem Türflügel
sollte die Dichtung den Boden
mit ausreichendem Druck berühren
–
Voraussetzung: Boden eben und
ohne Fugen

Montage effectué toujours du côté
opposé aux paumelles!
1. Avant le traitement de la
surface et avant le montage des
paumelles
Fixer le gabarit de perçage 499.131
aux barres verticales et percer 2
trous de 3,5 mm de diamètre de
chaque côté (voir fig. 1).
Important: Percer les trous avant de
monter les paumelles
2. Après le traitement de surface
–
Couper le joint seuil à la largeur de
feuillure du vantail FFB (dans le
cas des portes à deux vantaux,
laisser dépasser de 4 à 5 mm le
joint d'étanchéité profilé en caout-
chouc dans la zone de la saillie).
–
Visser le joint seuil avec les équer-
res de fixation (bouton de déclen-
chement du côté des paumelles).
3. Réglage du joint seuil
–
Retirer le bouton déclenchement
et le tourner
–
La position du bouton de déclen-
chement est indiquée dans la fig. 2
–
Quand le vantail de la porte est
fermé, le joint doit toucher le sol
avec une pression suffisante
–
Condition: sol plat et sans rainures

Always install on the side opposite
the hinges!
1. Before surface treatment and
before fitting hinges
Attach the drilling jig 499.131 to
the vertical bars and drill 2 holes
3,5 mm on either side (fig. 1)
Important:
Drill holes before fitting hinges
2. After surface treatment
–
Cut the drop seal to the width of
the rebate (FFB) (in the case of
double-leafed doors, leave approx.
4-5 mm of the rubber weather-
stripping projecting in the area
of the overlap).
–
Screw the joint on together with
the fixing angles (trigger
mechanism on hinge side).
3. Adjusting the drop seal
–
Pull out the button of the trigger
mechanism and turn.
–
Adjust the button as shown in
fig. 2.
–
With the door leaves closed the
joint should only just brush
against the floor
