Betriebsmodi des VE 2/AS-i
VE 2/AS-i operating modes
VE 2/AS-i 运行模式
Der VE 2/AS-i hat vier verschiedene
Betriebsmodi. Drei Betriebsmodi haben
eine interne Programmvorverarbeitung,
die die Steuerungs-SPS entlastet und
zeitkritische Funktionen selbsttätig
ausführt. Alle Betriebsmodi sind zur
Steuerung hin transparent, das bedeutet,
jedes Sensorsignal (Eingänge) wird
mit jedem Zyklus an den AS-i Master
übermittelt.
Die Betriebsmodi werden über die
Parameterbit P0 und P1 und den
Datenausgang A01 (Auto) ausgewählt,
über die Ventilansteuerung (A00)
aktiviert und über den Datenausgang
A02 RESET gegebenenfalls rückgesetzt.
Transparent Modus
Mit den Parameterbits P0 = 0 und
P1 = 0 und Ausgang A01 = 0
(Default Zustand) ist der VE 2/AS-i im
sogenannten Transparent Modus. Das
bedeutet, der VE 2/AS-i verhält sich am
AS-Interface Bus wie ein „gewöhnliches"
AS-i Anschaltmodul mit 4 Eingängen und
4 Ausgängen. Der 4. Ausgang (Datenbit
A03) ist intern nicht angeschlossen.
Normal Modus
Mit den Parameterbits P0 = 0 und
P1 = 0 und Ausgang A01 = 1 ist der
VE 2/AS-i im sogenannten Normal
Modus. Das bedeutet, nachdem das
Ventil (A00) angesteuert wurde, schließt
der VE 2/AS-i den Kolben mit fallender
Flanke des Sensorsignals SENSOR2
(„Sensor nach Vereinzeler") selbsttätig
(Ventil wird deaktiviert, Kolben fährt nach
oben).
Mit dem Ausgang A02 RESET kann der
VE 2/AS-i jederzeit in den Grundzustand
zurück gebracht werden (Vereinzeler
wird geschlossen). Zur erneuten Modus
Aktivierung ist wieder ein einmaliges
Ansteuern des Ventils A00 erforderlich.
Durch die Rücknahme Ausgang A01
AUTO wird der VE 2/AS-i in den
Transparent Modus zurückgesetzt.
The VE 2/AS-i has four different
operating modes. Three of these modes
have an internal preliminary program
processing which relieves the PLC
control and implements time-sensitive
functions independently. All operating
modes are transparent to the control,
i.e. each sensor signal (inputs) is
transmitted to the AS-i master during
each cycle.
The operating modes are selected
using parameter bits P0 and P1 and the
data output A01 (Auto) and are then
activated using the valve control (A00).
If necessary, the modes are reset using
the A02 RESET data ouput.
Transparent mode
The VE 2/AS-i is in the so-called
transparent mode with the parameter
bits P0 = 0 and P1 = 0 and the output
A01 = 0 (default state). This means that
on the AS-interface bus, the VE 2/AS-i
behaves like a "normal" AS-i connection
module with 4 inputs and 4 outputs.
The fourth output (data bit A03) is not
connected internally.
Normal mode
The VE 2/AS-i is in the so-called normal
mode with the parameter bits P0 = 0
and P1 = 0 and the output A01 = 1. This
means that after the valve (A00) has
been actuated, the VE 2/AS-i shuts the
piston with the falling side of the sensor
signal SENSOR2 ("sensor after stop
gate") automatically (valve is deactivated,
piston moves upward).
The VE 2/AS-i can be brought back to its
initial state at any time using the output
A02 RESET (stop gate is closed).
Actuating the A00 valve once is required
to re-activate the mode. Cancelling the
A01 AUTO output resets the VE 2/AS-i
in transparent mode.

VE 2/AS-i 拥有四种不同的运行模式。

开放模式
在参数位 P0 = 0 和 P1 = 0 和输出
A01 = 0 (默认状态) 时，VE 2/AS-i 处
在所谓的开放模式下。这就意味着，
VE 2/AS-i 在 AS-Interface Bus 上的行
为如同一个带有 4 个输入和 4 个输出
的"常规的"AS-i 开关模块。第 4 个输
出 (数据位 A03) 在内部没有连接。
正常模式
在参数位 P0 = 0 和 P1 = 0 和输出
A01 = 1 时，VE 2/AS-i 处在正常模
式下。这就意味着，在阀 (A00) 被
操作后，VE 2/AS-i 以传感器信号
SENSOR2 的下降曲线 ("传感器在挡
停器后") 自动关闭活塞 (阀被取消激
活，活塞向上运行)。
利用输出 A02 RESET 可以随时将
VE 2/AS-i 返回到初始的状态 (挡停器关
闭)。为了重新激活这个模式，必须再进
行一次阀 A00 的一次性操作。通过取消
输出 A01 AUTO 可以将 VE 2/AS-i 返回
到开放模式。
