3. Spring function disruption detected:
the time between valve shut-off and
the piston reaching the upper position
has exceeded 500 ms. This indicates
a disrupted spring piston function or a
break in the spring.
These functions are constantly
monitored and displayed by the
internal intelligence, independent of
the operating mode. If only a sporadic
error appears, the error message will
be taken back after the next error-free
VE 2/AS-i function. The information has
been transmitted to the master; however,
examining the cause(s) of the error is no
longer possible.
符合技术规范 2.1 的 AS-i Master 能够
识别通讯故障 (例如：有错误的电信号)
，也能识别在 Slave 上的硬件错误。利
用这些外围设备错误报告，可以在设备
错误情况下，将设备运行到指定的状
态。可以把存储在主站的"LFS"(list of
faulted slaves) 下面的数据仅作为统计数
据来处理，以此来评价设备的安全性。
在现场则用一个在从站上的红色 LED
来显示。这就极大地方便了确定错误和
排除错误的工作。另外，还可能进行扩
展的诊断，也能够对突然出现的故障找
到具体的原因和地点，并对它们进行评
价处理。利用与主站的指令接口，能够
在控制器 PLC 中对这些信息进行处理
和将它们图像化。
红色 LED (在从站上) 可以长亮或者闪
动。
长亮的红色 LED 代表或者是出现了通
讯故障，或者从站的地址为 0。
当从站的硬件错误时，红色 LED 会闪
动。这可能有很多种原因。
1. 从站过载检测：
通过连接一个工作电流大于 15 mA 的
不合适的传感器 SENS.EXT. 来激活
电流限制。
2. 进气故障检测：
从阀被操作到活塞离开上位的时间超
过 500 ms。这是没有足够压缩空气
供给的信号。

3. 弹簧功能故障检测：
从阀被关闭到活塞到达上位的时间超
过 500 ms。这是弹簧-活塞功能出现
故障或者弹簧卡死的信号。
这些功能都由内部智能器独立于运行模
式持续监控和显示。如果出现的是突然
的错误，则错误报告在下一个无错误的
VE 2/AS-i 中功能之后被撤回。该报告会
被记录在主站，但是，不再可能对错误
原因作出结论。
