Blockstrecken Modus 1
Mit den Parameterbits P0 = 1 und
P1 = 0 und Ausgang A01 = 1 ist der
VE 2/AS-i im sogenannten
Blockstrecken Modus 1. Das heißt,
nach einmaligem Ansteuern des Ventils
ist der Modus aktiviert, der VE 2/AS-i
schließt den Kolben mit fallender Flanke
des Sensorsignals SENSOR2 („Sensor
nach Vereinzeler") selbsttätig (Ventil wird
deaktiviert, Kolben fährt nach oben).
Der VE 2/AS-i wird automatisch wieder
geöffnet mit der fallenden Flanke des
externen Sensorsignals SENS.EXT.
(Eingang E03).
Mit dem Ausgang A02 RESET kann der
VE 2/AS-i jederzeit in den Grundzustand
zurück gebracht werden (Vereinzeler
wird geschlossen). Zur erneuten Modus
Aktivierung ist wieder ein einmaliges
Ansteuern des Ventils A00 erforderlich.
Durch die Rücknahme Ausgang A01
AUTO wird der VE 2/AS-i in den
Transparent Modus zurückgesetzt.
Blockstrecken Modus 2
Mit den Parameterbits P0 = 0 und
P1 = 1 und Ausgang A01 = 1 ist der
VE 2/AS-i im sogenannten
Blockstrecken Modus 2. Das heißt,
nach einmaligem Ansteuern des Ventils
ist der Modus aktiviert, der VE 2/AS-i
schließt den Kolben mit fallender Flanke
des Sensorsignals SENSOR2 („Sensor
nach Vereinzeler") selbsttätig (Ventil wird
deaktiviert, Kolben fährt nach oben).
Der VE 2/AS-i wird automatisch wieder
geöffnet mit der fallenden Flanke des
externen Sensorsignals SENS.EXT.
(Eingang E03).
Der Unterschied zum Blockstrecken
Modus 1 ist, dass das externe
Sensorsignal SENS.EXT. mit ca. 200 ms
entprellt wird, das bei Quertransporten
erforderlich sein kann, wenn ein
beladener Werkstückträger auf Grund
seiner Masse vom Anschlag zurückprallt
und den Sensorbereich wieder verlässt.
Damit werden Fehlfunktionen in der
Anlage wirkungsvoll unterdrückt.
Mit dem Ausgang A02 RESET kann der
VE 2/AS-i jederzeit in den Grundzustand
zurück gebracht werden (Vereinzeler
wird geschlossen). Zur erneuten Modus
Aktivierung ist wieder ein einmaliges
Ansteuern des Ventils A00 erforderlich.
Durch die Rücknahme Ausgang A01
AUTO wird der VE 2/AS-i in den
Transparent Modus zurückgesetzt.
Block section mode 1
The VE 2/AS-i is in the so-called block
section mode 1 with the parameter bits
P0 = 1 and P1 = 0 and the output
A01 = 1. This means that the mode
is activated after actuating the valve
once. The VE 2/AS-i shuts the piston
with the falling side of the sensor signal
SENSOR2 ("sensor after stop gate")
automatically (valve is deactivated,
piston moves upward). The VE 2/
AS-i is automatically re-opened by the
falling fl ank of the external sensor signal
SENS.EXT. (E03 input).
The VE 2/AS-i can be brought back to
its initial state at any time using the
A02 RESET output (stop gate is shut).
Actuating the valve A00 once is required
to re-activate the mode. Cancelling the
A01 AUTO output resets the VE 2/AS-i
in transparent mode.
Block section mode 2
The VE 2/AS-i is in the so-called block
section mode 2 with the parameter bits
P0 = 0 and P1 = 1 and the output
A01 = 1. This means that the mode
is activated after actuating the valve
once. The VE 2/AS-i shuts the piston

This mode differs from block section
mode 1 in that the external sensor signal
SENS.EXT. is debounced with approx.
200 ms. This can prove necessary when
a loaded workpiece pallet rebounds from
the stop due to its mass, thus leaving
the sensor area again. The debouncing
effectively suppresses errors in the
system.
The VE 2/AS-i can be brought back to
its initial state at any time using the
A02 RESET output (stop gate is
closed). Actuating the A00 valve once
is required to re-activate the mode.
Cancelling the A01 AUTO output resets
the VE 2/AS-i in transparent mode.

组输送段模式 1

到透明模式。
组输送段模式 2
在参数位 P0 = 0 和 P1 = 1 和输出
A01 = 1 时，VE 2/AS-i 处在所谓的组输
送段模式 2 下。这就意味着，在阀被一
次性操作后，该模式被激活，VE 2/AS-i
以传感器信号 SENSOR2 的下降曲线
("传感器在挡停器后") 自动关闭活塞
(阀被取消激活，活塞向上运行)。
随着外接传感器信号 SENS.EXT. (输
入 E03) 的下降曲线，VE 2/AS-i 被自动
重新打开。
与组输送段模式 1 的区别是：可能在横
向输送中要求，当一个装载的工件托盘
由于其重量的原因被止挡撞回，并离开
传感器区时，外接传感器信号 SENS.
EXT. 要大约 200 ms 脉冲。由此而有效
地压制了在设备中的误触发。
利用输出 A02 RESET 可以随时将
VE 2/AS-i 返回到初始的状态 (挡停器关
闭)。为了重新激活这个模式，必须重新
再进行一次阀 A00 的一次性操作。通过
收回输出 A01 AUTO 可以将 VE 2/AS-i
返回到开放模式。
