Attach the layard body and a
4-hole adapter of your choice
to the socket, using the four
M6 attachment screws. Aplly
Loctite 242 to the threads
and torque the screws to
12Nm. Check to make sure
that the length of exposed
screw to engage with the
lanyard body is 4 mm to
9 mm. (Fig. 36)

Donning the Prosthesis
1.
Thread the cord attachment at
the end of the cord onto the
distal end of the Alpha Liner.

Thread the other end of the
cord through the Power Grip as

grip to guide the limb into the

simply pull on the cord itself.

Please Note: If a clicking
noise is not heard during
donning, turn the release
button one-fourth of a turn
to the left or the right.
Secure the cord to the side of
the socket.
To doff the socket, pull and
turn the release button
one-fourth of a turn to re-
lease the lanyard. (Fig. 38)
