We recommend following the
assembly instructions in the order
suggested below.
• Assembly
Follow the fundamental assembly rules
below:
• Consider the intended heel height of
the prosthesis
• Consider the position of the limb and
the configuration of the prosthesis
that is based on it
• Static Assembly

Insert the two deflection bumpers,
anterior (2) and posterior (3) into the
respective cut-outs on the prosthetic
foot (1).
Place the ankle joint (4) onto the foot
from above so that the two deflection
bumpers slide into the two cut-outs on
the ankle joint. The thicker end of the
ankle joint should point in the anterior
direction (towards the toes of the foot).

Press the ankle joint into the foot
until the lateral hole of the ankle joint
is aligned with the hole in the foot
cosmesis.
The ankle pin should run through the drill
hole in the cosmesis and the ankle joint.
Make sure that the flattened end
of the ankle pin points downwards.
Tighten
Ankle Pin Retaining
Screw to 5 ft-lbs (7 Nm).
Using a 4mm-hexagon socket from the
underside of the foot, tighten the ankle
pin retaining screw (7 Nm).
Make sure the ankle pin is secured tightly.
To do so, move the adapter inside
the foot. When you do this, the ankle
pin may not be loose.
Recommended alignment reference line:
Flat on
