Montage- und Betriebsanleitung für
Ausgleichseinheit
Type AGE-XY
ACHTUNG!
Gleitfläche zwischen Speicherkolben und Aus-
gleichskörper (Pos. 3 und Pos. 8) nicht einfetten!
Der O-Ring (Pos. 28) muss fettfrei sein!
a) Zentrierkolben mit BR2+ oder einem gleichwertigen
Schmierstoff schmieren.
b) Alle anderen Dichtungen werden mit Renolit HLT 2 oder
einem gleichwertigen Schmierstoff behandelt.
4. Bei jeder Wartung der AGE sind alle Dichtungen zu erneuern.
Der komplette Dichtsatz ist bei SCHUNK erhältlich (siehe
Dichtsatzlisten, Kapitel 9.1).
5. Soweit nicht anders vorgeschrieben sind alle Schrauben und
Muttern mit Weicon Nr. 30243 zu sichern und mit einem
Anzugsmoment gemäß DIN anzuziehen.
7.1
Zerlegen der AGE
(Pos.-Nr. siehe Zusammenbauzeichnung in Kapitel 8)
ACHTUNG!
Beachten Sie bitte die Sicherheitshinweise auf den
Seiten 3 und 4 und die Hinweise am Anfang des
Kapitels. Beschädigen Sie beim Zusammenbau keine
Dichtungen!
1. Entfernen Sie die Druckleitungen und trennen Sie Ihre
Kabelverbindungen.
2. Drehen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 41) heraus und nehmen Sie
den Werkzeugflansch (Pos. 7) ab.
HINWEIS: Werkzeugflansch (Pos. 7) und Ausgleichskörper
(Pos. 8) sind mit Hilfe von Stiften (Pos. 51) zueinander
ausgerichtet.
3. Drehen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 40) heraus und nehmen Sie
den Deckel (Pos. 6) ab.
HINWEIS: Deckel (Pos. 6) und Gehäuse (Pos. 2) sind mit
Hilfe von Stiften (Pos. 52) zueinander ausgerichtet.
4. Ziehen Sie die Speicherkolben (Pos. 3) aus dem Gehäuse
(Pos. 2) heraus.
5. Drehen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 43) heraus und nehmen Sie
den Roboterflansch (Pos. 1) ab.
HINWEIS: Roboterflansch (Pos. 1) und Gehäuse (Pos. 2)
sind mit Hilfe eines Stiftes (Pos. 53) zueinander positioniert.
6. Schieben Sie die Zentrierkolben (Pos. 4) mit den
Zylinderkolben (Pos. 5) aus dem Gehäuse (Pos. 2) heraus.
7. Drehen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 44) heraus und ziehen Sie
die Zentrierkolben (Pos. 4) und die Zylinderkolben (Pos. 5)
auseinander.
8. Entfernen Sie alle Dichtungen gemäß Dichtsatzliste (siehe
Kapitel 9.1)
9. Reinigen Sie alle Teile gründlich und prüfen Sie alle Teile auf
eventuelle Defekte und Verschleiss.
10. Erneuern Sie alle Dichtungen gemäß Dichtsatzliste (siehe
Kapitel 9.1)
Der komplette Dichtsatz ist bei Fa. SCHUNK erhältlich.
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Richtung.

CAUTION!
Never grease the sliding surfaces between the piston
and the compensation body!
The o-rings have to be free of grease!
a) Lubrify the centering piston with BR2+ or any equivalent
grease.
b) All other sealings have to be lubrified with Renolit HLT 2
or any equivalent grease.
4. During every maintenance work every sealing has to be
exchanged. The complete seal kit can be ordered from
SCHUNK (see seal kit lists, chapter 9.1).
5. If not advised differently, all screws and nuts must be secu-
red with Weicon No. 30243 and have to be tightened with a
tightening torque in accordance with the DIN specifications.
7.1
Dismantling the AGE
(For items see assembly drawing, chapter 8)
CAUTION!
Please observe the safety hints on page 3 an 4 and
the notes at the beginning of the chapter. Make
sure that no sealings will be damaged during
assembly!
1. Remove all compressed air lines and disconnect your cable
connections.
2. Turn out the screws (item 41) and take out the tool flange
(item 7).
NOTE: By means of the pins (item 51) the tool flange (item 7)
and the compensation body (item 8) are aligned to each
other.
3. Unscrew the screws (item 40) and take off the cover (item 6).
NOTE: By means of pins (item 52) the cover (item 6) and the
housing (item 2) are aligned to each other.
4. Draw out the pistons (item 3) out of the housing (item 2).
5. Unscrew the screws (item 43) and take off the robot flange
(item 1).
NOTE: By means of pins (item 53) the robot flange (item 1)
and the housing (item 2) are aligned to each other.
6. Move the cylinder piston (item. 4) with the cylinder piston
(item 5) out of the housing (item 2).
7. Unscrew the screw (item. 44) and disassemble the cylinder
piston (item 4) and the cylinder piston (item 5).
8. Remove all seals as per the seal kit lists (see chapter 9.1)
9. Thoroughly clean all components and check them on possi-
ble damage and wear.
10. Exchange all seals as per seal kit lists (see chapter 9.1)
The complete seal kit is available from SCHUNK.
Assembly is done in reverse order.
