The user manually sets the resistance value and the system automatically saves it.
The display interface is as follows:
Turn the rotating button to select the desired symbol and confirm the selection by pressing the rotating
button.
Set the desired parameters by turning the rotating button. You can adjust the resistance by tapping
„Effort Level".
Pressing the rotating button confirms the entry and you go to the next parameter.
Tap Start to start training.
