Exchanging/Replacing Component Parts
Attention! Observe Safety Regulations
The actuator must be disconnected!
10.1
Replacing the Customer Connection Board
Remove all connectors from the customer connection board (before removal, please note the connector placement)
Remove the fastening screws (T20) from the holder
Replace the customer connection board
Re-fasten the new customer connection board and attach all connectors to the customer connection board (please note the connector placement)

Replacing the Motor Group
Remove the motor connector from the connection board
Remove the BLDC Controller (BLDC motor group)
Remove the fastening screws (M6 SHCS) from the motor
Replace the Motor Group
Re-fasten the new motor and re-connect the motor connector to the connection board

Replacing the Force Limit Switch Unit
Remove the connector from the customer connection board (before removal, please note the connector placement)
Remove the fastening screws (T20) from the force limit switch holder
Replace the Force Limit Switch
Re-fasten the new force limit switch unit and attach the connector to the customer connection board (please note the connector placement)

Replacing the Limit Switch Group
Remove the connector from the customer connection board (before removal, please note the connector placement)
Remove the fastening screws (T30) from the limit switch holder
Replace the Limit Switch Group
Re-fasten the new limit switch unit and attach the connector to the customer connection board (please note the connector placement)

Replacing the Power Supply Unit
Disconnect all the connector cables
Remove the Power Supply Unit from the top-hat rail
Insert the new Power Supply Unit
Re-connect all the connecting cables (Please refer to the wiring diagram!)

Service and Maintenance
Maintenance and repair work may only be carried out by trained personnel!
The actuator is maintenance-free. The actuator should only be cleaned using a mild soap solution.
