L'errato montaggio del jib può
provocare alcune anomalie durante il
normale funzionamento della gru.
È quindi necessario, dopo aver
collegato il circuito idraulico e quello
elettrico verificare che:
- non vi sia aria nella linea di prelievo
del segnale del limitatore
momento e nell'impianto idraulico
generale.
- le connessioni elettriche siano
integre e corrette.
- tutto il sistema del limitatore di
momento sia perfettamente
funzionante
Orientare le estensioni telescopiche
della gru base verso l'ingambonatura
del jib.
Estendere lentamente le estensioni
della gru base fino rendere coassiali i
fori di inserimento del
bloccaggio (vedi figura).
Inserire il perno e bloccarlo con la
copiglia.
Collegare tutti gli innesti rapidi al
rispettivo colore, in modo da evitare una
pericolosa inversione delle linee del
circuito di potenza.

ASSEMBLING THE JIB
The incorrect reassembling of
the jib can cause some troubles
during the normal functioning of the
crane. Then let connect the hydraulic
and electric circuits and check that:
- there is no air inside the signal
detecting line of the load limiting

hydraulic system
- the electring couplings are in order
and correct.
- the whole load limiting device is
perfectly functioning.
Let allign the boom extensions of the
basic crane towards the jib attachment.
Slowly open the basis crane extensions
until the locking pin insert holes are

Insert the locking pin and the split.
Connect all quick couplings to the
respective colour in order to avoid a
dangerous inversion of the power circuit
lines.

Die falsche Montage des JIb
kann Störungen im
Kranbetrieb verursachen. Daher ist
es notwendig, nach der Verbindung
des hydraulischen Kreises und des
elektrischen Kreises zu überprüfen,
dass:
- es gibt keine Luft
Signalleitung des Momentbegrenzers
und in der Haupthydraulikanlage
- die elektrischen
befinden sich in der
Reihenfolge und sind korrekt.
- das ganze System
Momentbegrenzers muss
funktionieren.
Die Ausschübe nach dem Jib-Anschluss
richten.
Die Ausschübe des Basiskrans langsam
ausfahren, bis die Einstecklöcher für
den Sperrbolzen koaxial sind (siehe
Abbild).
Den Sperrbolzen einstecken und mit
dem Splint blockieren.
Die Schnellkupplungen an der jeweligen
Farbe anschließen, um eine gefährliche
Umkehrung der Leistungsleitungen zu
verhindern.
