B.9.9 PROCEDURA DI
CHIUSURA STABILIZZATORI
GRU AA
Gli stabilizzatori e le aste
stabilizzatrici possono essere retratti
esclusivamente dopo la chiusura
della gru in posizione di trasporto.
Si ricorda che è obbligatorio
agire sempre sui comandi che si
trovano sul lato ove si opera.
Eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
1) Ruotare la leva della valvola del
cilindro stabilizzatore in posizione di
apertura (A).
2) Ruotare la leva del deviatore su
"stabilizzatore" e
completamente il cilindro stab. (B).
3) Ruotare la leva della valvola del
cilindro stabilizzatore in posizione di
chiusura (C).
4) In caso di stabilizzatori girevoli
manuali, ruotare i martinetti in posizione
di trasporto, inserire il
bloccaggio.
5) Ruotare la leva del deviatore su
"asta", sbloccare il congegno di arresto
trave con leva (D) (vedi §B.5.8) e far
rientrare l'asta di qualche centimetro.
6) Rimettere in posizione di blocco il
congegno arresto trave con leva (E) e
far rientrare completamente l'asta. In
questa posizione il perno arresto trave
deve essere perfettamente
nell'asta (F) e l'arresto trave con molla
deve bloccare lo stabilizzatore (G).
7) Rimuovere le zeppe.

È vietato movimentare
l'autocarro se gli stabilizzatori non
sono chiusi e bloccati correttamente.
B.9.9 PRODEDURE FOR
CLOSING THE STABILIZERS
AA CRANE
The
stabilizing rods can be retracted
exclusively when the crane is closed
in transport position.
Remember that you must
always use the controls on the side
on which you are operating the
crane.
Carry out the follow operations:
1) Turn the lever of the stabilizer leg
valve onto the open position (A).
2) Turn the deviation valve lever on
chiudere "stabilizer" and close fully the stabilizer
leg (B).
3) Turn the lever of the stabilizer leg
valve onto the closed position (C).
4) In case of pivoting stabilizer legs, turn
the cylinder in transport position, insert
perno di the lock pin.
5) Turn the deviation valve lever on
"rod", disable the stabilizer rod lock with
lever (D) (see §B.5.8) und retract the
rod by few centimeters.
6) Put the stabilizer rod lock with lever
back in the locked position (E) and fully
retract the rod. In this position the lock
pin must be perfectly inserted in the rod
inserito (F) and the elastic plate must lock the
stabilizer (G).
7) Remove the wedges.

truck if the stabilizers are not closed
and not locked correctly.

ABSTÜTZUNGEN AA KRAN
Die Abstützbeine und die
Abstützstangen können eingefahren
werden, nur nachdem der Kran in
Transportposition
geworden ist.
Wir weisen ausdrücklich hin,
dass der Steuerhebel immer auf der
Seite zu benutzen ist, auf der auch
die Kranbewegung erfolgt.
Das folgende Verfahren ausführen:
1) Den Hebel des Abstützzylinderventils
in Öffnungsposition drehen (A).
2) Den Wegeventilshebel
"Abstützzylinder" schwenken und das
Abstützbein ganz einfahren (B).
3) Den Hebel des Abstützzylinderventils
in Schließposition drehen (C).
4) Im Fall von mit der Hand drehbaren
Abstützbeinen, diese in
stellung drehen und den Sperrbolzen
stecken.
5) Den Wegeventilshebel auf "Stange"
schwenken, das Stangesperrgetriebe
mit Hebel ausschalten
(siehe §B.5.8) und die Stange einige
Zentimeter einfahren.
6) Den Hebel des Sperrgetriebes in
Sperrposition wieder drehen (C) und die
Stange vollständig einfahren. In dieser
Position der Bolzen muss ordnungs-
gemäß in der Stange eingesetzt sein (F)
und muss das Feder des Sperrgetriebes
die Abstützstange blockieren (G).
7) Die Keilen entfernen.

Es ist verboten, das Fahrzeug
zu bewegen wenn die Abstützungen
nicht richtig geschlossen
