1. "Время приготовления" ("Cooking Time") button is used to enter the hour and
minute settings when adjusting the current time, cooking time and the time of a
delay.
2. "Установка времени" ("Hour/Min") button is used to enter the time setting
mode and to select between "hours" and "minutes" when setting current time,
the time of a delay and the cooking time.
3. "Отложенный старт" ("Preset") button is used to enter the current time setting
mode/Preset mode, and to select the "Отложенный старт" timer.
4. "Поддержание тепла / Отмена" ("Keep warm / Cancel") button disables the
Keep warm function, disables/reactivates Reheat mode, cancels all programmes
and settings except current time.
5. Use "Меню" ("Menu") button to select an automatic cooking programme.
6. "Варка" ("Cooking mode") button selects the subprogramme in "ВАРКА".
7. "Вид продукта" ("Product") button selects the type of product in "ПАР", "ЖАРКА"
and "МУЛЬТИПОВАР".
8. Use "Температура" ("Temperature") button to adjust the temperature using
"МУЛЬТИПОВАР".
9. "Старт" ("Start") button starts the cooking programme.

I. BEFORE OPERATING
Carefully unpack the device, remove all packaging materials and stickers except the one
with the unit's serial number.
The absence of the serial number will deprive you of your warranty benefits.
Wipe all interior and exterior surfaces of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Wash the bowl
in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Odor on first use of the appliance is

normal. In such case, clean the device.
After transportation or storage at low temperatures allow the appliance to stay at
room temperature for at least 2 hours before using it.
Place the device on a flat, stable, and hard surface away from any objects or cabinets
that could be damaged by steam, humidity, or high temperatures.
Before operating, make sure that the outer and inner parts of the multicooker have no
dents, cracks or any other visible damages. There should not be any obstructions between
the heating element and the bowl.
II. OPERATION
Setting the Clock
1. Plug in the unit. Press and hold down "Отложенный старт" button until the
minute indicator starts blinking.
2. Press "Время приготовления" button repeatedly to set the minutes (setting
interval is 1 minute). Hold the button down to scroll through the digits.
3. Press "Установка времени" button, hour indicator starts blinking. Set hours using the
"Время приготовления" button. Hold the button down to scroll through the digits.
4. When you finish entering the data press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена" button or do
nothing for a few seconds to save your settings. Time indicator stops blinking.

1. Select the cooking programme and press "Установка времени" button, minute

3. If you need to set the time of less than one hour press and hold down the

4. To cancel the settings and reset press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена".
IMPORTANT! Manually changing the cooking time, consider the time adjustment
range and the setting interval of a chosen programme, given in the table of default
settings.
For your convenience, the time adjustment range in all programmes starts with the
minimum setting, enabling you to prolong the cooking time if the dish comes out
undercooked.
This is a non-volatile memory unit. In case of a short term power cut-off all settings,
including Preset function, will be saved.
Preset Function
Preset function allows programming the cooking programme to be over by certain time. The
programme can be delayed for a period of time from 10 minutes to 24 hours with 10 minute
intervals. To set the Timer:
1. Select an automatic programme. Adjust the cooking time set by default if
necessary.
2. Press "Отложенный старт" button to select

4. Adjust the hours using the "Время приготовления" button (setting interval is 1 hour).

5. When all settings are entered press "Старт" button. "Старт", "Поддержание тепла
/ Отмена" and "Отложенный старт" button indicators light up. The time by which
your meal will be ready is displayed.
Preset function is not available in "ЖАРКА" and "ПАСТА" programmes.

Setting the Preset function remember that the countdown in some programmes
begins only when the device reaches its operating temperature.
It is not recommended to delay a programme for a long period of time if perishable
products are being used.
Keep warm Function
Keep warm function is being activated automatically upon the end of the cooking
programme. It allows maintaining the temperature of 70-75°C for a period of time up
to 24 hours. "Поддержание тепла / Отмена" button indicator lights up and the Keep
warm count up is displayed. Press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена" button to disable the
function. Button indicator goes off.
Reheat Function
To reheat a cold meal:
1. Fill the bowl with ingredients and place it inside the device.
2. Close the lid and plug in the unit.
3. Press and hold down "Поддержание тепла / Отмена" button until an audible
sound is produced. Corresponding indicator lights up and reheating process starts.
4. The meal will be warmed up to 70-75°C and the temperature will be maintained
for up to 24 hours. To cancel the function press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена".
Button indicator goes off.
The function may operate for a period of 24 hours, however, we recommend using it
moderately, because a prolonged thermal exposure may affect flavor characteristics
or dry out the meal.
Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs
1. Measure the ingredients according to the recipe.
2. Fill the bowl with ingredients. Make sure that all ingredients including liquid
are below the scale mark indicating maximum capacity. Place the bowl inside
the device fitting it tightly with the heating element.
3. Close the lid until it clicks into place. Plug in the unit.
4. Press "Меню" button repeatedly to select the cooking programme (correspond-
ing indicator lights up).
5. Select the corresponding subprogramme using the "Вид продукта" (for "МУЛЬТИПОВАР",
"ПАР", and "ЖАРКА") or "Варка" button (selects the subprogramme in "ВАРКА"). Each
subprogramme features its own default time which is being displayed.
6. Adjust the time set by default if necessary.
Set Preset function if necessary. Preset function is not available in "ЖАРКА" and
"ПАСТА" programmes.
7. Press "Старт" to activate the programme selected. "Старт" button indicator lights
up. Set programme starts running and the countdown begins. "ПАР" programme
countdown begins only when the water comes to a full boil providing enough
steam; "МУЛЬТИПОВАР" and "ЖАРКА" countdown begins when the device
reaches its operating temperature; "ПАСТА" — when the water comes to a full
boil, ingredients are added, and "Старт" button is being repressed.
8. When cooking time expires the device makes an audible sound and automatically
switches to "Keep warm" ("Поддержание тепла / Отмена" button indicator lights up).
9. To interrupt or to cancel the programme or to disable the Keep warm function
press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена".
To achieve best results we recommend you to consult the cookbook with 120 recipes
adjusted for the device.

If you did not manage to achieve the desired result with automatic cooking programmes try
using "МУЛЬТИПОВАР" featuring a wider manual time and temperature adjustment range.
"МУЛЬТИПОВАР"
This programme is recommended for cooking any dish of your choice using your own
time and temperature settings. Thanks to the versatile programme "МУЛЬТИПОВАР"
installed, the device will replace a big number of kitchen appliances. Now you can
control cooking time and temperature adjusting any recipe, either from your family
cookbook or Internet for the multicooker. The device also allows selecting the cooking
time set by default depending on the type of the product used (vegetables, fish, or meat).
