6 Commissioning
NOTICE
• The device must be at least 1.0 m away from the wall.
• Select a location that allows a short and straight extraction hose feed and prevents it from entering the employee's
space of movement.
• Protect the components against rain and direct sunlight.
• Use the device only in dry, clean and well-ventilated rooms.

1 Position the welding fume extraction system appropriately and lock the castors (5).
6.2 Mounting the extraction arm
WARNING
Risk of injury and device damage
Do not move the device when the extraction arm is outstretched.
• The device should be moved only when the extraction arm is upright.
CAUTION
Damage to the extraction arm
A limit stop prevents the extraction arm from rotating past 350°.
• Do not rotate the extraction arm past the limit stop (max. 350°).
The extraction arm is included in the scope of supply and is not pre-assembled. It consists of the following components:
1 Extraction hose
