    1 Identifikation 1 Identifikation Das Absauggerät FES-200 W3 wird in der Industrie und im Gewerbe zum Absaugen von Schweißrauch eingesetzt. Es ist in der Ausführung Anschlussspannung 230 V erhältlich und darf nur mit Original ABICOR BINZEL Ersatzteilen betrieben werden. Diese Betriebsanleitung beschreibt nur das Absauggerät FES-200 W3.

    2 Sicherheit FES-200 W3 2 Sicherheit Beachten Sie das beiliegende Dokument Sicherheitshinweise. 2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung • Das in dieser Anleitung beschriebene Gerät darf ausschließlich zu dem in der Anleitung beschriebenen Zweck in der beschriebenen Art und Weise verwendet werden. Beachten Sie dabei die Betriebs-, Wartungs- und lnstandhaltungsbedingungen.

    Zuluftstrom [m³/h] = Raumvolumen [m³] Luftwechselzahl [1/h] Beispiel: Beim Betrieb eines ABICOR BINZEL Schweißrauchfilters mit einem Nennvolumenstrom von 200 m³/h muss also die gleiche Frischluftmenge zugeführt werden. Dies ist bei natürlicher Lüftung gegeben, wenn das Arbeitsraumvolumen mindestens 2000 m³ (z.B.: 58 m² Fläche mal 3,5 m Raumhöhe) beträgt.

    • Das Öffnen des Deckels und des Staubsammelbehälters darf frühestens eine Minute nach Abschalten des Absauggerätes erfolgen. HINWEIS • Absauggerät FES-200 W3 nur in Räumen mit ausreichender Belüftung verwenden. • Nach jedem Einsatz ist eine Kontrolle des Staubsammelbehälters durchzuführen. • Bei mehr als 2/3 Füllhöhe ist der Staubsammelbehälter nach Vorschrift zu entleeren.
