Y-axis Lubrication of the axes with special grease
(no. GAS358951)
Lubrication procedure for each lubrication nipple:
• Amount of grease: Inject 1 g by slowly operating
the grease gun
• Slide the Y-axis back and forth through its
maximum stroke length several times during
lubrication.
Z axis Lubrication of the axes with special grease
(no. GAS358951)
Lubrication procedure for each lubrication nipple:
• Amount of grease: Inject 0.6 g by slowly operating
the grease gun
• Slide the Z-axis back and forth through its maximum
stroke length several times during lubrication.
NOTE
Once a year check all 4 greasing areas for functioning by injecting
an amount of grease into the lubrication nipples so that grease
oozes out from between the profiled rail guide and the
recirculating ball-bearing shoe or carriage. Then remove the extra
grease.
