Motor protection switch has triggered
Motor is blocked
Motor turns sluggishly
Fault in the power supply: one or two
phases are missing or there are heavy
fluctuations in current
Pump capacity reduced
Wrong direction of pump rotation
Motor / pump components are blocked
Cause
Wastewater pipes leaking
No ventilation pipe, cross-section too small
System parts are leaking
Closed room with no air exchange.
Action(s)
Switch off and wait until the pump has
cooled down then try again.
Remove blockage / service the pump
(heed the safety instructions).
Check the voltage for phase failure.
Remove blockage / service the pump
(heed the safety instructions).
Connect rotary field correctly. Make sure
that the counter-clockwise function is
not activated (only on systems with cor-
responding control unit).
