Chapter V Operation

Ensure to use the machine only after you have read and understood the entire Manual and the warnings. Before
the operation, deflate the tire and remove all leads from the wheel.
The operation of tire changer includes: a) tire pressing; b) tire changing; c) tire mounting
The pressure regulator is recommended for the tire changer.
5.1 Tire Pressing
Before the operation, make sure that all the original leads are removed, unplug the valve core, and check the
deflation of tire.
5.2 Tire Changing
Apply the supplied lubricating grease (or similar lubricating grease) to the tire edge. Otherwise the tire edge may
be seriously damaged.
Do not put your hand(s) under the tire while locking the rim. The correct fixing may make the tire exactly at the
center of large plate.

Place the tire between the tire-pressing shovel
and the tire-pressing rubber pad (Fig. 5-1). Then
press on the tire-pressing pedal (Fig. 4-16-9) to
separate the bead from the rim. Repeat the above
steps in other parts of tire to completely separate
the bead from the rim. Place the wheel with the
bead separated from the rim on the turntable,
press the clamping pedal (Fig. 4-16-8) to clamp
the rim (inner supporting or outer clamping,
depending on the rim) and get prepared to
change the tire.
