4.3 Commissioning
All electrical work shall be performed by the qualified personnel; and the correct power supply shall be provided.
Make sure that phases are connected correctly. Improper electrical connections may damage the motor and
invalid the warranty.
Check if the features of your system meet the requirements of the machine. If it is inevitably to change the operating voltage of machine,
adjust the voltage switch of terminal block according to the electrical diagram in Chapter IX.
Connect the machine to the electrical system. The electrical system shall be equipped with the line fuses
and well grounded according to the local national standards. The equipment shall be equipped with leakage
protection devices (if necessary) to ensure the safe operation of equipment. If the power plug is not installed on
the tire changer, the user shall install one with the minimum current is 16 A, which complies with the regulations
for machine voltage.

4.4 Operation Test

With the pedal (Fig. 4-16-10) pressed, the large plate rotates clockwise. With the pedal released, the large plate rotates counterclockwise.
Press the pedal 8 to open four clamping jaws, and press it again to close the clamping jaw: With the pedal 9 pressed, the tire-pressing
shovel enters the working status. With the pedal released, tire-pressing shovel returns to its original position.
If the large plate does not rotate along the above directions, exchange two lines on the 3-phase binding post.
