Attach Left Handle (#5) and Right Handle (#4) to the Seat Pad Support (#6). Secure
them with two M10x70mm Allen Bolts, Ø 10mm Washers (#18) and M10 Nuts
(#20).

Insert the Foam Tube (#9) halfway through the hole in the Foot Support Bracket (#1).
Push two Foam Rolls (#8) onto each end of the Foam Tube (#9). Insert one 25mm
End Cap (#17) into each foam Roll (#8).

Attach Foot Support Bracket (#1) to the Front Base Tube (#2) by aligning the holes
in the Foot Support Bracket (#1) with the holes on the back of the Front Base Tube
(#2) and inserting the Lock Pin (#14).
Foot Support Bracket can be moved and attached to the Seat Support Tube (#6) by
the same process when doing other exercises.
Firmly tighten all component parts
and pre-assembled parts!
