Switching the device on and off
button. Switches the device and the laser on.
-Hold down the button to switch the device and laser
off.
The laser switches off automatically after 30 seconds; the
device after 3 minutes.
Delete values
-Tap the button. This deletes previously measured
values from the device.
Determining the reference point (figs. of the points)
Measurement is set to the bottom edge of the housing.
To change this, press the reference point button
select another reference measuring point (top,
bottom, thread, end piece). An audible tone confirms your
selection.
After switching off the device, it reverts to the factory
setting and measures from the bottom edge of the device
again.
Using the „thread" reference point
(positioning on the tripod)
When using a tripod with a ¼ inch thread, the reference
measuring point must be set to be able to measure accura-
tely from the tripod position. To do this, hold down the
reference point button
