The start signal will be given by a +24V DC impulse on PIN
A2 and initiates the plasma arc.

The stop signal will be given by a short GND-signal.

This signal is generated by a make-contact which closes
when the plasmacurrent flows.
Relay contact datas: 24V/500mA
READY
This 3 potential-free contacts are closing if the mains supply
is present -> ready for start.
Following conditions must comply with:
1. mains switch in position "1"
2. external on-command - contact between clamp 1 and 2
3. after turn on delay time of contactors K1, K3 and K4
(2 seconds)
FAULT
Floating contact - opens when an overtemperature fault
occurs, when a control voltage is absent or when there is an
arc cut-off (Control-circuit fuses F14/F15/F18).
ARC-FAULT
Floating contact - opens when an arc cut-off has occurred.

SAFETY

1. CHECK THE SUPPLY VOLTAGES
Control-LED on the regulator pcb. RTR-B:

Control-LED on the PWM pcb. (behind RTR-B):
+ 15 V LD1
Measuring of drive supplies
(only when power module is faulty):
4x9,6 V AC on STP3 X6/X7
4x9,6 V AC on STPSP X14/X15
Middle connection is always reverence point
2. CHECK THE REGULATOR INPUTS
Control-LED command value:
H 9 dark
0 V = 3 A
H 9 bright 10 V = 500 A
Control-LED constant current:

3. CHECK THE REGULATOR-OUTPUTS AND PWM-INPUTS
