How to fill / empty the tank
1. Remove the plug (21) from upper tank (18).
2. Insert the funnel (101) into the tank as shown in illustration A. Use a water cup or the syphon
pump (100) and a bucket to fill the tank. Use the water level gauge on the side of the tank to
measure water level in the tank.
3. Illustration B shows how to empty the tank. Place a bucket next to the device. Use the syphon
pump (100) to pump out the water from the tank into the bucket.
4. Once completed, re-insert plug (21) into the upper tank (18). Wipe away excess water from
the frame.
NOTES:
•
Fill the tank only with tap water and add a waterpurification tablet. Never use chlorine or
chlorine bleach - this could damage the tank and lead to cancellation of the warranty.
•
From now on, add a water treatment tablet to the tank every 6 months. If the water remains
turbid despite the tablet, change the water in the tank.
•
The water from the tank is not suitable for consumption. After emptying, pour the water
away.
The water level
•
In fig. A is marked where the level indicator is located (side wall of the tank). You may fill the
tank up to a maximum filling level of 6. Never overfill the tank beyond this level! This will
result in loss of warranty.
•
The resistance when rowing depends on the level of the tank. Level 1 means the lowest resis-
tance when rowing, level 6 is the highest resistance.
