Level sensor (ATEX)
Connect the cable ends of the ATEX level sensor to the
Zener barrier and to the equipotential bonding. The connec-
tion of level sensors is identical for both Mono and Duo sys-
tems.
Use KESSEL junction box (art. no. 28799) to lengthen the
connection cable of the level sensor.

Sensors/control for motorised flaps
For use with Pumpfix/ Ecolift XL, the optical probe for
motorised flap 1 must be connected to the grey Phoenix con-
tact connector on the underside of the control unit. The pro-
cedure is the same as that for mounting the alarm probe, see
"Fig. 3: Connect the Phoenix contact connector", page 47.
Repeat for the control cable for the motorised flap.
If present, motorised flap 2 must be connected to the redun-
dant control unit as described in the instructions enclosed
with the redundant control unit.
4.7 Install redundant flap control unit
If using an Ecolift XL with two motorised flaps, a redundant
connection is required. Connect the redundant connection to
the "LIN BUS" terminal block as described in the instructions
of the redundant control unit.
4.8 Further connection possibilities
TeleControl GSM modem
Mount the TeleControl modem (art. no. 28792) as described
in the corresponding installation instructions 434-033.
Routing the USB connection out
To ensure that the USB connection on the printed board can
be accessed without opening the housing, a USB housing
socket with cable and connector for installation in the hous-
ing of the control unit can be ordered from KESSEL (art. no.
28785).
