S Attach the mincer to the base unit (operating
positions 4 or 7):
place the mincer on the drive and rotate
in an anti clockwise direction.
Depress the locking lever.
S Tighten the threaded ring.
S Attach the filling tray.
S Place a bowl or plate under the outlet.
Warning!
Do not process bones.
S Place ingredients which are to be processed
in the filling tray.
Use the pusher to force down the ingredients.
S Select setting 4 with the rotary switch.
Tip: Process steak tartare twice.
After using the appliance
S Switch off the appliance with the rotary switch.
Lift up the locking lever and remove the mincer
from the appliance.
Cleaning and servicing
Warning!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. The mincer
and individual parts are not dishwasher proof.
S Loosen the threaded ring and dismantle the
attachment.
S Wash the individual parts by hand and dry im
mediately.
S Lubricate the perforated disc and blade with
cooking oil.

Warning!
Always assemble the accessory parts without
blades and discs. For all information on "Safety",
"Cleaning and servicing" and "After using the
appliance", see information for the mincer or
mincer attachment.
Fruit press attachment
For pressing the juice out of e.g. berries, toma
toes, apples, pears, rosehips (cook rosehips
for 1 hour before pressing).
The extracted fruit pulp is especially suitable
for making jam.

S Prepare the fruit press attachment the same
as the mincer attachment.
S Note the required individual parts and assem
bly sequence of the fruit press attachment.
S First unscrew the fastening screw until the pulp
can flow out still moist.
S Then adjust the fastening screw until the pulp
flows out with the desired amount of moisture.
S Place fruit which is to be processed in the fill
ing tray.
S Use the pusher to force down the fruit.
S Select setting 4 with the rotary switch.
Biscuit attachment
For shaping biscuit dough or short pastry.

S Prepare the biscuit attachment the same as the
mincer attachment.
S Note the required individual parts and assem
bly sequence of the biscuit attachment.
S Place dough which is to be processed in the
filling tray.
S Use the pusher to force down the dough.
S Catch the shaped dough coming out of the
attachment on a kitchen board. If the dough
comes out too quickly, briefly switch off the
food processor.
Grater attachment
For grating almonds, nuts and dried bread or
bread rolls.

Warning!
Process only dry nuts and almonds in small
quantities!

S Place ingredients which are to be processed in
the filling tray.
S Use the pusher to force down the ingredients.
