Targets
You can give information about the displays and functions, insert exercise values and adjust the
recommended heart rate.
Original settings
User data and targets can be deleted here and individual programmes can be restored to facto-
ry settings.
Training data
All of the training data for the selected person is displayed here.
Calendar
Here a month-to-view display with the day of the last training unit is highlighted in red. If there
are no training units, this will be flagged up.
User > user 1 > user data
Pressing "ENTER" on the user data menu opens the sub-menu "user data > user 1". In this menu
you can insert your individual data.
User 1 > user data
• Putting in your name here replaces "user 1".
• The date of birth entered influences the BMI calculation.
• The height entered influences the BMI calculation.
• The weight entered influences the BMI calculation and IPN fitness test.
• All personal data has an influence on the calculation of the IPN fitness test.
The body mass index (BMI) is calculated using your height and weight data.

Pressing "set" here opens the sub-menu "enter your name".
Note:
he navigational keys select both the areas and the characters.
Pressing "ENTER" accepts the selected area or the selected character.
Pressing "back" accepts the details entered. At least 1 character must be entered otherwise
"back" will not be available. A maximum of 12 characters can be entered.
Pressing "delete" deletes the character in front of the cursor.
Pressing "shift" switches between the fields.
