• In direct sunlight the inside of the vehicle can reach very high temperatures,
therefore it is advisable to cover the seat when not in use to avoid the child
suffering possible burns.
• The straps should never be twisted.
• Always use the seat, even on short journeys and never leave the child unattended
in the vehicle.
• In the case of an emergency it is important that the child can be unfastened
quickly, therefore the seatbelt buckle must never be covered up. It is advisable to
teach the child that he must never play with the buckle.
• Remove the seat from the vehicle if it is not going to be used and keep it out of
the reach of children.
• It is advisable to secure luggage and objects that may cause injury in the case of
a crash.
• We guarantee the safety of the product when it is used by the original buyer, do
not use second-hand safety seats or devices.
• The other passengers in the vehicle must also be fastened in with seatbelts as in
the case of an accident they may be flung about and injure the baby.
• Do not use the seat without upholstery or with one different from the original.
• Regularly check the buckle, harness and other elements that may have become
distorted or deteriorated with use.
• The upholstery should be hand washed, using warm water and a mild soap; or
machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and without spinning. Do
not use chemical cleaners (dry-cleaning).
• Make sure that the upholstery of the car seat does not make it difficult to tighten
the seatbelt.
• Remember that you are responsible for the safety of the child.
Mounting Option: The premium also can be installed in your vehicle by ISOFIX
base (sold separately), which may be mounted with ISOFIX + connectors support
leg or support leg + 3-point belt.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
fastening the PRIMA (see illustrations 01 - 03)
• Place the handle in the installation position in the car - position.1 (see handle
position change).
• Fasten the buckle of the car seatbelt and pass the abdominal strap through the
two lower belt guides (fig. 01).
• Next, pass the chest strap through the upper belt guide on the side of the retractor
(fig. 02).
NOTE: Check that the strap does not go underneath the mechanism for changing
the position of the backrest (fig.03).
• Lastly, tighten the belt by pulling the chest strap.
