the case of an accident they may be flung about and injure the baby.
• Do not use the seat without upholstery or with one different from the original.

distorted or deteriorated with use.
• The upholstery should be hand washed, using mild soap and warm water; or
machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30º and WITHOUT SPINNING. Do
not use chemical cleaners (dry-cleaning).
• Make sure that the upholstery of the vehicle seat does not make it difficult to

• Remember that you are responsible for the child's safety.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Assembling the Protector (see illustrations 01 - 04)
• The Protector comes dismantled for its comfort when carrying it (fig. 01).
• Place the back so that the gripper stays between the metallic structure of the
Protector base (fig. 02 - 03), but never behind it (fig. 04). A typical 'click' will confirm
that the fixation has been done successfully.
WARNING: Do never use Protector without the back, it has been approved as a set,
and it could affect child's health.
Installation of the Protector in the car (see illustrations 05 - 11)
• The Protector can be installed on the front or back seat with the car belt of three
points.
• Make sure the safety belt of the seat where it is going to be placed is unfasten (fig. 05).
• Place the Protector on the seat where it is going to be installed (fig. 06).
• Place the child on the Protector (fig. 07).
• Pass the belt through the strap slots placed in the headrest (fig. 08 - 09) but put
it on its highest position. Then put the headrest back to the appropriate position
according to child's height.
• Fasten the seat belt checking that the abdominal part goes under both armrests
(zone marked in red) and the diagonal part next to the buckle goes over the upper
part of it (fig. 10 - 11).
• Adjust the Protector height so the car belt can pass over the child chest and not
over his/her neck.
Adjust the Protector height (see illustrations 12 - 14)
• It is possible to adjust the Protector height in order to adapt as the child grows.
• Once installed in the car with the child, adjust the Protector height, the belt can
never pass over the child's neck.
• Press the (fig. 13) upper pusher and pull in order to adjust the headrest height
