Use of relay module (switching module)

Additional potential free outputs (Switching voltages up to 230 V AC) can be realized by use of relay module
(switching module).
9.3.1

Doorguard with DUO switching module

Mounted at any position away from the Doorguard the both
DUO switching module (Item no. 010121.17,fm and Item no.
010131, sm) can be installed.
Standard application of DUO modul:
The tamper switch of the DUO switching module can be installed at the tamper terminal, or in series with the
tamper contact of the alarm signalling device of the Doorguard.

9.3.2

DUO switching module f.m.

Install the mounting frame (from Item no. 010121.17) directly under the Doorguard
device. Use two screws to install the mounting frame to the bottom of the housing of
the operating unit. Insert the devices into a DIN cavity wall box with 60 mm diameter or
install the Doorguard direct over a DIN cavity wall box (see 3.2.3). In this example the
installation is without cover frame and no connection of the tamper switch.
