• Do not heat the pressure cooker without water, in order to protect the cooker from being damaged.
• Do not exceed the 2/3 full level when coo king most foods (including water); or the 1/2 full level when coo-
king foods that expand, such as rich porridge, beans, kelp etc.
• You can only use the heating cooker units permitted by the user's book.
• When you are cooing meat with skin, such as ox tongue, the skin will expand and plum. Therefore, you
cannot poke the skin by the tableware such as chopsticks when it is still in this state, because you are easy
to be hurt in this way.
• When you are cooking mushy food, you have to shake the steam pressure cooker gently, in order to prevent
the mushy food from spraying out when uncovering the cooker.
• Please check the valve to see whether it is blocked or not before using the pressure cooker. You can refer to
the user's book for relative information.
• Please do not use the pressure cooker for high pressure frying.
• You cannot change the requirement about safety except the maintenance and operation included in the
user's book.
• Please use the pressure cooker's parts provided by the same manufacturer. Please pay special attention
that thelid and the pressure cooker are provided by the same manufacturer and the two have a good
compatibility.
• Please keep this user's book.
• Make sure that the pressure cooker is properly closed before use, before you heat it.
• Let salty, alkaline, sugar or vinegar containing fluids or water for a long period time in the pressure cooker .
Wash the pressure cooker after use and dry it.
• Make sure that the safety valve and pressure gauge are not blocked before each use.
• Open the pressure cooker never violent. Make sure before opening that the internal pressure is reduced
to zero.
• Do not make any changes to the safety devices.
• Use only original spare parts for each model. Be especially careful that you use the pressure cooker with
the appropriate cover.
• Use the pressure cooker only to suitable heat sources.
• If you have cooked meat with skin (eg. ss ox tongue) which may swell under the influence of pressure, do not
pierce the meat while the skin is swollen. You could get burned.
• Do not use the pressure cooker to fry food in oil under pressure
