MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

Mount the burner according to the figure. The appliance should only be used
for which it was designed. any other use is dangerous. The burner may only
be installed by a professional or specialized firm, which respect the rules of
professionalism, the applicable standards and regulations.
Respect the maximum operating pressure and maximum temperature that
you find in the technical data. after a cold start of the burner, we strongly
recommend to run the burner several hours so the moisture who will inevitably
be formed during this phase, could evaporates near to the combustion chamber.

Mount the burner on a stable surface by using the bolts and nuts on the
equipped mounting plates. Make sure the chimney has a free pass.
2 WAT E R C O N N E C T I O N
Connect the water entry and exit to the burner according to the regulations.
Before you fill the installation definitively, it must be cleaned thoroughly.
Check, before filling, always the water quality. poor water quality causes scaling
and corrosion in the heating system. properly treated water extends on the
other hand the life span and increases the reliability and efficiency. Check the
installation on leaks! Initially, the burner is designed to operate with water under
high pressure for example: min. 25 bar. at a low pressure connection one must
always take into account with a water pressure of minimum 6 bar!

Check if the main voltage is identical to what is mentioned in this mounting
manual. The device must be properly grounded in accordance to the applicable
electrical standards. now connect the device to the main electrical network.
Do not pull the electrical cables and keep them away from the heat sources.
Check also that the burner engine don't suck in air but that the air is brought out.
Pay attention to the burner engine: The burner engine must
turn counterclockwise as seen from the burner blower.

The device may only work with the type of fuel it is designed for. The supply fuel
line must be dimensioned properly and equipped with all safety- and control
facilities in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. protect the
fuel tank, so that no impurities or water can intrude. The tank and the supply
line to the boiler must be protected against frost. Check the fuel tank and the
fuel consumption regularly to track at any time possible fuel leaks.
Note: when installing the fuel lines, connect the flow (arrow in)
and return (arrow out) properly to the fuel pump (see photo)!
always place a fuel filter in the supply line before the fuel pump). The burner
blower has a fixed adjustment that has been tested on the workplace.
The burner nozzle is situated in the boiler (see data sheet for the nozzle type),
the type of burner nozzle depends the type of machine which is connected
with the burner. always ensure a good burner nozzle to work optimal with the
burner! Ensure good safety features in the control unit to protect the burner:
• Minimum pressure
• Minimum flow
• Maximum temperature regulation
• option flame control
• protection against overpressure
The installation of the burner nozzle should only be done by a specialized
technician!
