MOUNTING PLAN

BEFORE TAKING INTO SERVICE

Check the following points before taking into use of the burner:
• Burner and fuel supply circuit.
• Calibration of the nozzle of the burner and the regulation of the burner head
must be made according to the desired performance of the device.
• There are no other objects in the vicinity of the burner.
• The heating system must be filled with water and it should be deaerated.
• Thermostats (if present) must be set correctly
• The regulations- and safety services (if present) should work correctly.
• The air supply / air discharge must be free.
• Burner coil must be free of scale impairments (deposits).

no fluids (anti-scale product, oil, petrol, diesel, softener, ...) may be disposed
randomly because of the environment! So make sure, if you are user, that the
applicable local guidelines for environmentally friendly disposal of these fluids
(without soil pollution) are complied.

periodic maintenance

Check if the burner opening is clear of pollution. Check pipes and connections
on leaks and external damages. Check the fuel filter and replace if necessary.
Check the sort fuel and the pollution in your tank , clean if necessary.
If the water temperature is not achieved it's possible that scale deposits are
situated on the coil. Decalcify the coil periodically (remove any lime deposits,
this can mostly be carried out by a service technician).
