6. Install the motor unit (2) onto the bowl cover and insert the power cable plug in the wall socket.
7. To turn on the chopper, press the ON button (1). The device has two operation speed modes, you
can switch between them by pressing the ON button. Before removal of the motor unit, wait until
the blades are fully stopped.
8. When processing firm products, use the pulse operation mode (switch on the chopper for some
seconds, make a pause and switch on the chopper again).
The mini-chopper can process products very quickly, but maximum time of continuous work should
not exceed 10 secs. Before further operation of the chopper, a break should be made in order to cool
down the motor.
Before removing the products from the bowl, disconnect the device from the power supply.
1. Remove the motor unit (2) from the chopper bowl.
2. Remove the cover (3), for that slightly turn it counter-clockwise (Fig.2) .
3. Take the blades (5) and (4), holding them for plastic tail.
4. Get the products from the chopper bowl.

• This device is equipped with interlock system, which does not allow the device operation if the
cover (3) is not installed.
• The mini-chopper is intended for fast chopping of meat, cheese, onion, savoury herbs, garlic, car-
rots, walnuts, almond, fruit.

Attention: the device is intended for processing small amounts of products. Do not exceed the
amounts specified in the table of Recommendations on processing products.
It is forbidden to chop very firm products, such as nutmegs, coffee seeds and cereals, ice or frozen
goods.
• Always install the main blade into the bowl before loading the products.
• Check up, whether the blade is correctly installed and whether it can freely rotate.
