DIGITAL TELE MODE

In the Digital tele mode, the subject can be photographed
(cropped to appear) 2.5 times as large.

In the Record mode, turn on the LCD monitor and press
the bottom arrow on the Jog dial to select

Press the right/left arrows on the Jog dial to select 1.0x,
1.6x, 2.0x or 2.5x.

Take a picture.
Note:
• This mode can only be used in the SQ mode (automatically
set).
• In the SQ (XGA) recording mode, the image may take longer
to record and it may be grainy when 2x or 2.5x is selected.

• The setting will remain even after a picture is taken. It will be
canceled when the LCD monitor is turned off or when the lens
barrier is closed, and return to 1.0x.
