7.5.5.2 Set Printer Interface

Although the AWR300 always incorporates the Bluetooth interface, it would also be possible to
use an RS232 cable for connecting to the printer. However, this cable is not an off-the-shelf one
since every printer has a different RS232 connector and the AWR300s connector is also a special
one. If this option is required anyway, please contact your local distributor for details.

7.5.5.3 Set Printer Baudrate

If the baud rate, the printer is using, differs from the configured printer baud rate on the AWR300,
this might cause communication issues in case of using Bluetooth as the printer interface. In case
of an RS232 connection, the communication will not work at all, if the baud rates do not match.
So they always should be configured to the same values on both devices.

7.5.5.4 Search BT Printer

Before you can start printing via Bluetooth, the AWR300 has to be paired with a printer. Therefore,
the reader has to scan for available Bluetooth devices first. Once this menu item has been
selected, the AWR300 will start the scan.
