18. Maintenance and Cleaning

The product is maintenance-free for you. Servicing or repair must only be carried out by a specialist or
specialist workshop. The product contains no parts that require servicing. Therefore, never open/disas-
semble it.
A dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient for cleaning the outside.
Do not push too hard on the LC display, as this may cause scratch marks or lead to malfunctions.
A commercial TFT cleaner for example can be used for stronger contamination of the LC display of the
screen/DVR. Never spray it right onto the screen/DVR, however!
Remove dust on the screen/DVR with a long-haired, soft and clean brush and a vacuum cleaner.
To remove contamination at the radio camera, use a soft cloth slightly moistened with lukewarm water.
Never point the water jet of a garden hose or a high-pressure cleaner or similar at the radio camera.
Never use any aggressive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions, since
these may damage the casing or even impair function.
