Factory reset / other settings
NOTE:
Activating the factory reset deletes all your customised parameters. Language, water hardness, water filter insertion, auto o , favourites and
more must then be set again or saved from scratch.
The initial start-up process must then also be initiated again.
To perform a factory reset of all parameters set, proceed as follows: In the main menu „Settings", go to the „Factory Reset" submenu and press

If you require help quickly as a result of an infor-
mation message or error message: Go to the „Set-
tings" menu and simply select „Help/Customer
Care". At a glance, you will find your K-fee ® – your
system hotline, the K-fee ® – your system internet
address including the customer care e-mail address
as well as the serial number of your appliance.
