Preparing beverages – Example 1: Cappuccino 270 ml

Before preparing a beverage for the first time from stand-
by mode, please ensure that you rinse the milk system (press
CLEAN button once, see p. 25) and rinse the co ee system (see
p. 25).
INFO:
1. For the best taste and perfect foam as well as for hygiene
reasons, we recommend that milk is always stored in the re-
frigerator (4ºC) when not in use.
2. Always use fresh whole or semi skimmed milk. Do not use
fortified, flavoured milks or milk prepared from powder. Do not
use the milk bottle to store other liquids.

To stop the brewing process, press any button. Press the left
arrow button to return to the previous menu level. Press and
hold the left arrow button to access the main menu.
NOTE:
Preparation sequence for beverages containing milk:
1. Heat and dispense milk,
2. Milk foam (if selected) and
3. Co ee, Espresso or Chai.
