Fitting the sliding shutters
1. Turn the trolley suspension bolt.
2. Insert the shutter into the bottom guide.
3. Hang the shutter in the suspension bolts, working from the outside.
4. Adjust the shutter height (distance between the bottom edge of the top track and the top edge of the
shutter = 30 ±2mm).
5. Line up the shutter, then tighten the locknut.
Adjusting the end position of the sliding shutter
Securing the end stop sets the end position of the sliding shutter.

Fitting the toothed belt

Clamp the toothed belt between the jaws (1) across its full width. (Distance between top track and toothed belt
= 7 mm). Feed the toothed belt in a counter clockwise direction around the drive unit and the guide pulley.
Slowly pull the toothed belt up to the toothed belt tensioner, then clamp the toothed belt between the jaws (2)
across its full width and trim to length.
The pre-assembled toothed belt should be taut.
