10 MALFUNCTIONS

WARNING: The machine must be isolated from the power supply before attempting any work on it.
Problem
The machine will not start
The motor is humming but will not start
The machine won't stop or stops at once in
a random position
The chain jumps and creaks
The troughs invert

11 MANUAL UNLOADING OF TROUGHS

WARNING: before starting any work, activate the main shut-down and disconnect the mains
lead.
The dough piece proofer may be operated manually in the event of a power failure or any other
problem that might prevent the motor from running:
A. Remove the motor cover by removing the 4 screws that hold it down.
B. Remove the plastic cap protecting the bearing.
C. Remove the M8 screw on the end of the reduction shaft.
D. Turn the release hub around.
Check the electric power supply.
Check the thermal cut-out.
Check that the emergency stop button has not been
activated.
Check that the start button has been operated.
Check the power supply, a phase may be down.
Check for anything preventing operation of the limit switch
located in the right-hand top panel.
Check chain tension.
Check for correct lubrication.
Check the condition of sprockets.
The four M14 nuts located under the machine must be
removed.
Check troughs are not distorted.
Check that the Velcro fastenings have not become
detached.
Should the problem persist, please contact your technician.
