manufacturer's specifications. Couplings on any ex-
tension leads you use must be waterproof. Avoid da-
maging the pump leads when cleaning the inside of
the barrel.
Unplug the mains plug before commencing mainte-
nance work.
When cleaning and maintaining machines, repla-
cing parts, or retooling for a different task, switch
the mains switch to the "0" position and unplug the
mains plug. The machine must be operated by trai-
ned staff only who are familiar with safety instruc-
tions and have been explicitly instructed to use the
machine. Observe the safety and accident prevent
rules that apply on site when using the machine.
The device possesses a voltage range which can
pose an electrical hazard to humans and animals.
This should only be screwed and / or disassembled
by authorised personnel.
Similarly, maintenance and repair work should only
be conducted by electrical specialists and authorised
service centres.
The buyer / user operates the device at their own
risk and under their own responsibility.

Maintenance / Cleaning:

After use, tip the remaining waste water out of the
suction unit barrel. Always flush the barrel with clean
water. Remove stones, paint residue and soiling
from the suction inlet on the immersion pump. After
cleaning do not connect the barrel to the suction bas-
ket, but allow both parts to dry.
When cleaning, check the machine air filter cartridge
below the suction basket for signs of soiling and da-
mage. To ensure optimum vacuum flow interruption
when the filter basket is full, keep the ball in the filter
basket, the filter basket itself and the seal clean.
Flush the cleaning unit thoroughly with clean water
after use. Make sure you clean the sealing brushes
thoroughly. Remove the rollers from time to time to
remove soiling from the roller berakings. To do so,
loosen the screws at the sides (remove the sealing
brushes first).

Troubleshooting:

Cleaning performance with the cleaning
attachment is insufficient:
The rotation nozzle is not turning
Scaly deposits on the rotor
Blocked by particles of dirt
Turn multiple time manually (make sure the high
pressure cleaner is depressurized before doing
so)
Disassemble and clean
In case of excessive and sudden water pressure,
the cleaning head can freeze. In this case, press
the high pressure cut off trigger multiple times.
Is the high pressure cleaner producing sufficient
pressure?
Is there a sufficient supply of water to the high
pressure cleaner? (Inlet line must be ¾")
The rotating nozzle may be worn and need re-
placing.
No water is being discharged from the suction
unit:
Air pocket in the pump
Is the power lead for the immersion pump
plugged in at the suction basket?
The immersion pump is standing in mud and
can't extract water
Discharge hose kinked.
No vacuum or insufficient vacuum:
Vacuum flow interrupted due to excessive solid
build up in filter basket
Machine switched off by thermocouple (caused
by vacuum flow interruption / blocked, kinked,
or sagging suction hose / excessive water tem-
perature)
Is the top section with motor positioned precise-
ly on the lower barrel?
Check the sealing ring on the filter basket bet-
ween the barrel parts for signs of damage and
soiling
Check the suction hose coupling
Only one suction motor switched on
Rollers on the cleaning attachment not turning:
Remove soiling between bearings and rollers.
Water escaping from the attachment:
Clean sealing brushes to remove clogging, or re-
place brushes.
Insufficient vacuum build up
Incorrect height setting of sealing brushes
Vacuum flow interruption triggered (clean filter
basket)
unable to actuate cleaning attachment trigger:
Release the lock
