Water and cleaning / care agent system

Water can be fed under pressure to the high pressure
pump, or drafted directly from a non-pressurized contai-
ner. The water is then fed by the high pressure pump at
pressure to the washing lance. The nozzle on the washing
lance creates a high pressure jet.
Cleaning agent / care agent can be admixed using a high
pressure injector.
The owner/operator is responsible for obser-
ving environmental, waste and water protec-
tion regulations.

Spray gun with wash lance

The spray gun allows operation of the machine only when the safety shifting lever is actuated.
Actuating the lever opens the spray gun. The water is then pumped to the nozzle. Spraying pressure is built up and
quickly reaches the selected working pressure.
Releasing the shifting lever closes the gun and prevents water escaping from the water lance. The pressure surge on
closing the gun opens the pressure control safety valve and the pump feeds water to the wash lance at the selected
working pressure.
The spray gun is a safety device. Repairs must be performed by qualified and authorised experts. If you need
replacement parts, use manufacturer approved parts only.

Pressure control safety valve

The pressure control safety valve protects the machine against impermissible high pressure and is constructed so that it
cannot be set to a level above the permissible operating pressure. The limiter nut on the wheel is sealed with lacquer.
You can actuate the wheel to set the working pressure and injection volume infinitely.
Replacements, repairs, resetting and sealing must be performed by qualified and authorised experts.

Motor protection switch

The motor is protected against overload by a motor protection switch. In event of overload, the motor protection switch
switches off the motor. If the motor keeps on switching off as a result of the motor protection switch, eliminate the
cause (see page 47/48).
Replacement and test work must only be carried out by qualified and authorised experts with the machine
disconnected from the electric network thus, with the mains plug pulled out.
