6. MAINTENANCE - CLEANING – LUBRICATION
Warning! Check the levels:
•
Before using the machine
•
With the machine at a standstill and the engine off (for at least the past
hour).
•
On a flat surface.

6.1 ENGINE

Refer to the engine instruction manual.

6.2 GREASING

Every 50 hours, grease the points highlighted in fig.16:
1 Front axle swivel pins (2 grease nipples).
2 Brake pedal pins (2 grease nipples)
3 3-point hitch lift arms (2 grease nipples).
4 Left lift link (2 grease nipples).
5 Right lift link.
It is advisable to use AGIP GREASE LP2

6.3 OIL FILLING

6.3.1 Gear casing and lift

Check level every 50 hours through plug with dipstick n.17 fig.1.
It is advisable to use AGIP SUPER TRACTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40 oil.
Change oil every 800 hours. Amount needed: about 32Kg.
Oil drain: plugs n.1 fig.17-18-19 (right and left).
Oil filling: through plug n.17 fig.1.

6.3.2 Front transmission oil

It is advisable to use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil.
Change oil every 800 hours. Amount required: about 4.5Kg.
Oil drain: plug n.2 fig.20 and cover n.2 fig.21 (right and left wheel)
Oil filling: plug n.1 fig.20 and plug n.1 fig.21 (right and left).

6.3.3 Cleaning Transmission and Lift oil filter

6.3.3.1 In-take oil filter
see n.1 fig.22
The filter should be cleaned every 400 hours, every oil change, and whenever
the filter clogged warning light n.10 fig.30 comes on. Drain the oil, remove the
filter (n.1 fig.22), wash it with petrol or diesel, dry it and replace it in its seating.
Clean the filter after the first 50 hours.
