6.3.3.2 Delivery line oil filter

The delivery line filter cartridge (n.2 fig.15) should be changed every 400 hours,
at every oil change and whenever its clog condition suggests that it should be
done.To change the filter cartridge unscrew the filter casing n.2 fig.15 and
change the filter cartridge.

6.4 RADIATOR

Keep the radiant mass clean as needed. The best way to do this is to blow
compressed air from the inside towards the outside of the radiator.
Keep the protective grille in front of the radiator clean to prevent the radiator
core from becoming clogged. To do this, remove the grille, clean off any caked
dirt with air then fit it back in its housing.
Every 8-10 hours check the radiator cooling liquid level in the expansion tank n.1
fig.23. The level should be above the half way mark on the tank when the engine
is cold.
It is advisable to use FIAT PARAFLU 11
Change the radiator liquid every 2 years. Amount required: about 11 litres.
Liquid draining: through the plug on the bottom left of the radiator.
Radiator filling: through the expansion tank n.1 fig.23.
Do not open the expansion tank when the engine is hot.

6.5 AIR FILTER

The engine air filter should be cleaned every 50 work hours and whenever the
indicator lights n.3 fig.30 to show that it is clogged.
Slacken off the fixing nuts on the cover (n.1 fig.24) and remove the cover. The
filter is attached to this cover. Remove the nut fixing the filter cartridge.
Clean the filter by blowing compressed air from the inside towards the outside.
Every 50 work hours, discharge the dust from the rubber valve (n.2 fig.24) under
the filter. Press the valve a number of times.
Change the filter cartridge as necessary.

6.6 SEAT

The seat can be adjusted horizontally (distance from steering wheel) and
vertically (height):
Horizontal regulation with lever 18, Fig. 1.
Vertical regulation with knob 19, Fig. 1.
Seat comfort performance adjustment with lever 20, fig.1.
