to go beyond this set depth and in this way you have a work depth where the
bottom level is controlled by the draft and the top level by position. This
enables the implement to work without coming out of the ground.
• Bury the implement with lever n.1 fig.22 to set the required working depth.
Then go beyond this depth with lever n.2. Now the implement will work with its
bottom level controlled by position and the top by draft. This will prevent the
implement from digging into the ground.
Floating,
This releases the lift completely to allow the implement to follow the ground
contour (rotary cultivator, ridging, etc.)
Set lever n.1 fig.22 all the back and position lever n.2 all the way forward. Lift the
implement only with lever n.2.
Adjusting draft link lowering rate
Screw in the register n.4 fig.22, to lock the draft arms. Use this for on-road
driving. Screw out the register to increase draft link lower rate.
Spool valves: (optional for controlled draft lift)
Essential to tip trailers hydraulically (C58RT- C59RT produced by Goldoni).
Fig.22 show correct installation of single acting spool valves and fig.23 for
double-acting spool valves.
Operation: lever forward to lift; backwards to lower; in the middle: neutral.
The 3-point hitch (n.31 fig.3) must NOT be used to pull implements.

5 MAINTENANCE - CLEANING - LUBRICATION

5.1 ENGINE

Refer to engine instruction manual.

5.2 GREASE POINTS

Every 50-60 hours grease the following points:
n.1 fig. 18 Clutch pedal
n.1 fig. 9 Axle joint
n.2 fig. 10 Brake shoe opening control pin
n.1 fig. 11 Front wheel swivels (right and left).
n.1 fig. 12 Front wheel bearings
Use AGIP GREASE LP2 grease
