In such events, remove the mains
plug from the socket and contact our
service department (see chapter „Ser-
vice" on page EN-33).
The appliance corresponds to protec-

tion class 1 and may only be plugged
into a socket with a properly installed
protective conductor. Connecting the
device to a socket strip or multi-plug
is not permitted and may result in fi re.
Do not kink or pinch the mains cable

or lay it over sharp edges. This can re-
sult in a break in the cable.
If the mains plug is no longer acces-

sible after installation, an all-pole dis-

connected to the house wiring with a
contact gap of at least 3 mm; this in-
cludes fuses, circuit breakers and con-
tactors.
If the mains cable of the appliance is

damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, the customer service
department or a similarly qualifi ed
person in order to prevent hazards.
