Your vehicle

We are pleased that your choice fell on a HNF-NICOLAI eBike. You have chosen a
high-quality vehicle and we are convinced that you will enjoy your eBike for many
years to come.

Intended use

The HNF-NICOLAI UD3/XD3 is designed to carry one person on asphalted roads,
paved and unpaved roads.
The maximum permitt ed load of the Pedelec can be found on the Type label.
For the Speed pedelec, the maximum total weight is indicated on the Type label.
The positi on of the Type label is shown in 1.3. "Vehicle overview".
Maximum permitt ed load = rider + accessories + luggage
Maximum total weight = rider + accessories + luggage + eBike
The vehicles are not designed for the following:
• Race/competi ti on use
• Cleaning with a jet of water
• Transport on the outside of a car in the rain without covering the motor and
removing the batt ery and display
• Charging the vehicle outdoors in wet conditi ons
An electric bicycle accelerates faster than a bicycle and achieves a higher
speed.

Rotati ng parts, such as wheels, sprockets or pedals, can pull in items of
clothing and items carried along. Example: your scarf or a bag att ached to
the handlebar could get caught in the spokes while riding. If you slip off the
pedals, your foot could get tangled in the spokes. This can cause serious
accidents!

-> Do not att ach any objects to the handlebar that could swing into the
front wheel.
