Selecting the unit of measurement (cm/m)

• Press and hold, with a switched on digital display
until the measurement unit „m" (Meter) is shown in the digital
display 4 .
• To return to the measurement unit „cm" (centimeter), press and
hold the button
Note:
When switching the appliance on, the last used measurement
unit appears in the digital display

Using the Digital Laser Tape Measure

• Press the release button
tape 2 with greater ease. When you let go of it, the measuring
tape is locked. When it is pressed again, the measuring tape is
once more free to move, e.g. for automatic retraction or to be
pulled further out.
• If you switched the digital display
this will show the distance between the leading edge of the appliance
and the indentation
